What: Alexander Hobbs bridges the chasm between product creation and predictable growth. Many companies fail because they don’t design their company with the same diligence as they have their products. Repeatable, predictable, profitable results are the goal and it requires planning and discipline. This designed discipline early in a company sets the foundation on which the company is built giving employees the basis to feel confident and free to make decisions that will move the company forward.

Who: Marie Alexander and Malcolm Hobbs. We have direct experience building all aspects of a company. It is that breadth of knowledge that differentiates our approach.

Even as senior executives, we have always been hands on and directly involved. Our training has not come from a text book or a certification on a specified methodology. It has come from being in the arena ourselves - from our own successes and mistakes.

Why: Because you need someone with experience that you can trust. Sometimes you have a short term need to establish a program, process or department. Perhaps you want someone to bounce ideas against to get a more seasoned perspective on your thoughts and to guide your path. You might need to supplement an area that is not yet built in your organization.

When: Whenever you are ready. Most companies have far more to get done than they have the immediate staff available. We can jump in and assist in completing specific projects for any member of your team. As far as we are concerned there is no time like the present.

How: Read through our website - we can help out in a number of ways. The main thing we want you to know is that our approach is to support, guide and develop you and your team. It is a service role we want to play - to reduce your stress by taking specific responsibilities and concerns off of your plate. There is no predefined methodology we are espousing or selling.
